Ridgeland Restock PO Workflow
Amy Head Cosmetics — Ridgeland Restock PO Workflow
Purpose: Create a purchase order to bring all products at the Ridgeland location up to their minimum quantities, plus 8 days of sales supply.
When to run: Every other Monday.
Step 1 — Open Sidekick
In Shopify Admin, click the Sidekick icon in the top right corner.
Step 2 — Go through each product type one at a time
Ask Sidekick the following question for each product type on the list below, replacing [PRODUCT TYPE] each time:
“What [PRODUCT TYPE] products at Ridgeland are below their minimum quantity, and how many do I need to order to bring them up to minimum plus 8 days of sales?”
Work through all 36 product types in order:

- SMOOTHING VEIL
- COLORCAST
- LIQUID ILLUMINATOR

Step 3 — Review the results
For each product type, Sidekick will return a table showing what’s below minimum and the suggested order quantity (minimum − available + 8 days of sales). Round all odd quantities up to the nearest even number.
Step 4 — Build the PO
Once all product types have been checked, tell Sidekick:
“Please build a new purchase order for Ridgeland with all the items we just reviewed.”
Step 5 — Review and save
- Scroll through all line items to verify quantities look correct.
- Remove any items with a quantity of 1 or that don’t need to be ordered.
- Click Save.
Step 6 — Mark as Ordered
Once the order has been placed with the supplier, open the PO and click Mark as Ordered.
